1. Exact machine problem has to be reported via email/whatsapp before choosing this service.
2. The above charges are for service, fault finding and repairs only.
3. 100% full payment has to be paid in advance and in any circumstances it’s not refundable.
4. In case of any spare parts replacement needed will be chargeable extra at actual.
5. One time coffee machine descaling is included in the service charge.
6. Machine should not be touched/opened by unauthorized technician/local electrician/self. In this scenario we are not responsible for major fault occurred in your appliance.
7. To and fro courier charges will be borne by customer. Outer wooden box packing is strongly advisable for heavy weight appliance
8. For the spare parts ordering allow us for 4-8 weeks in case of non-availability.
9. 100% advance payment for the servicing, repairing and the spare parts ordering.
10. Limited warranty applicable on spare parts replacement as per company norms. No warranty applicable on any electronic-control panel / panel card components.
11. Due to current COVID19 situation we have minimized our ONSITE services all over India.
12. No refunds on order-service cancellation in any circumstances.
