OUR CLEAR TERMS & CONDITIONS:
1. Exact machine problem has to be reported via email before choosing this service.
2. Subject to payment receipt engineer’s visit will be scheduled in next 5-7 business days.
3. Coffee machine descaling, insect cleaning etc. included in case required.
4. Machine should not be touched/opened by unauthorized technician/local electrician/self. In this scenario we are not responsible for major fault occurred in your appliance.
5. In case of major fault in the machine it may require to courier to Ahmedabad warehouse by customer on his/her account. In any scenario do not ask our engineer/technician to carry the machine along with him. If you do then “De Brewerz India” will not be responsible for any kind of false claim.
6. Courier pickup will be arranged by us (only courier pickup charge is included)
7. If your appliance required any spare part replacement, will be chargeable extra at actual. In case of any spare part replacement machine should be send to Ahmedabad service center.
8. For the spare parts ordering allow us for 8-12 weeks in case of non-availability.
9. 100% advance payment for the servicing, repairing and the spare parts ordering.
10. Limited warranty applicable on spare parts replacement as per company norms.
11. Due to current COVID19 situation we have minimized our ONSITE services all over India.
12. Our technicians & engineers always take extra care during visits. He will take all the mandatory safety measures as per government norms for the current pandemic.
13. No refunds on order-service cancellation in any circumstances.
14. Make sure to use the best possible shipment packing techniques while sending appliance through any courier. However neither we nor courier company will held responsible for any damages occurred during transportation. We will never consider such claims in any circumstances. Ask our executive to get help for shipment packing support.

If we don’t get any response from your end from day day we provide you the final status of your product-appliance, then will consider your appliance as a scrap item. Also if we don’t get any written communication via email or whatsapp within next 30 days then we will consider your item under “NO CLAIM SCRAP” and we will send it to recycle. However there after we are not going to entertain any kind of your request to return the item or repair the item or any other unrealistic approach.
